C4.vet Pro keeps only what it needs to run your account:

• the email addresses of your team, to sign you in;
• your organization's name, branding (name, contact line, colour, logo) and the client names and technology lists you enter;
• your alert destinations (email addresses and Teams, Slack or webhook addresses) and a log of what was sent.

It never asks for or stores your clients' device inventories, credentials or personal data. Briefing PDFs are made in your browser. Data is stored with Cloudflare in the United States and is not sold or shared. Sign-in uses a one-time link and a cookie that only keeps you signed in.

The organization's owner can delete the organization and everything in it from Settings at any time. Questions or deletion requests: the person who invited you.
